You will receive a certificate of completion immediately after completing your course. We will submit your course completion information to your state licensing division within 24 hours of your completion.
Completion of this course is the first step in renewing your license, after which you must do the following: Go to the following link: www.tdlr.texas.gov/App_Online/default.asp?bcp=1. To apply for renewal directly with TDLR Renew Online – The easiest way to renew your license is to renew online. You can update your information and pay your renewal fees online and, since we report your CE credit electronically, you do not need to mail a CE Certificate of Completion in. Renew By Mail – If you cannot renew online, you may send in the renewal application via mail. You must print a Continuing Education Certificate of Completion (We are going to e-mail you a certificate after you complete your course) and mail it in with your renewal application and renewal fee.
You must complete the courses during the effective date of the license. For example, if your license expires September 1, 2023. You must complete continuing education courses between September 1, 2022 and September 1, 2023. Any courses completed before your effective date or after your expiration date will not be accepted by TDLR.
We as providers are required to submit to TDLR your continuing education course completion information. TDLR will make that information available on the web site for you review and you can check the CE courses you have completed. If you have a question about the information posted on the web, please check first with the provider.
Course completions are reported to the TDLR on the next business day after course completion. Occasionally the TDLR reporting site is unavailable due to maintenance, so there might be a delay in the reporting. You need to check on the TDLR page. TDLR page to see if your credit has been recorded.
